Fourth of July coming Up

We're all looking forward to the holiday. Fireworks, BBQ, dressin' up like George Washington and fighting with your Uncle Simon whose visiting from England. Well, that's what my family does.

And because I know you're concerned, our office pet Sea Monkeys are doing fine. They're sitting on my desk swimming in loops and arcs even as I type. I wasn't sure how they'd do over the hot weekend with the AC off, but they seem to have weathered it just fine.

The New Office Pets

No office is complete without a small tank of Sea Monkeys. Pictured at right is the Sea Monkey tank sitting on my desk here at Z.R. command central. About an hour ago the Sea Monkey eggs were added, and now we wait. We should have a bunch of "instant pets" swimming around in no time. Click HERE for more on Sea Monkeys.

Busier Every Day...

As you can see by scrolling down, we're plenty busy with reroofs. I have some great new pictures which I will add to this post shortly. For now, we wish you all a great weekend. It's Second Saturday, so all the art gallery's will be open tomorrow. The area around J street from 19th Street to Alhambra always seems to have plenty going on. Back to Work

After a three day weekend of beautiful weather, hanging out at the river, seeing our family and friends, you better believe we couldn't wait to get back to work. You see our guys, they miss the roofs when we're away. They dream of tile, shakes and comp. We have to force them to take a vacation, and even then we often catch them sneaking back onto the job site, wearing fake mustaches and other lame disguises so that they can continue rolling out felt, installing tiles, getting that flashing around the chimney on there just right. Here's where you can see the works in progress of these modern artists right now.
