Pictured here is an "in progress" shot of a particularly steep roof, quite difficult but; wow, what a good looking house.
Speaking of gorgeous houses, I think the walk down T Street, from 20th to 22nd is my current favorite, especialy at 6:30 am.
The sun is just up, the canopy of trees over the street that our town is famous for is in full effect and the houses are beautiful. The best feature is the little bit of a hill, one of the only hills in our very flat downtown.
Moving on, here are some houses made more beautiful by the addition of new roofs.
As always you can scroll down to find completed roofs.
Tile - On the 3800 block of McKinley Blvd (95816) we're doing an unusual job. We're removing old clay tile, felting the roof, adding vents and then putting the clay back adding Monier concrete where needed to replace broken and cracked tiles.
