First, your price was very competitive but beyond that, I was impressed by Jeff's knowledge and ability to satisfy my questions as to the various products on the market. He was the "difference maker" in me selecting your company.

Second, your tear off crew showed up promptly on the appointed day and set to work right way. When they left the premises were as clean as possible.

Richard and his crew were prompt, responsive and kept me informed at all times. When they left at the end of the day they cleaned up after themselves.

Overall, I was satisfied with the entire process and would not hesitate to recommend your company to anyone.

Hot, Cold, Hot, Cold

The whether is toying with us this week. For two days I'm thinking about BBQs and camping trips and then suddenly I'm bundling up again and thinking about sipping hot cocoa by the fire. I'm not complaining mind you. As far as I'm concerned it's a best of both worlds scenario.
